Adam Horton

Adam Horton has a wide range of experience in workforce optimization and customer support, having worked at Shutterfly as a Senior Manager, Workforce Optimization. Adam oversaw staffing needs and tech support for the Customer Success organization. Prior to this, Adam served as a Workforce Management and Technology Support Team Manager at the same company. Adam also worked as a Sr. WFM Supervisor and Workforce Management Administrator, where Adam managed workforce planning and staffing processes. Adam has an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from King's College.
