Eileen McGee Meehan

Eileen McGee Meehan currently serves as the Head of Compliance and Litigation at Shutterfly, overseeing legal matters for the Shutterfly family of brands. Prior to this, Eileen held the position of Senior Attorney for Marketing and Retail Operations at Victoria's Secret, managing legal aspects for multiple brands within the company. Eileen's experience also includes serving as Senior Attorney for Marketing and Intellectual Property at Publix Super Markets and Counsel for Regulatory and Advertising Compliance at HSN, where notable achievements included leading compliance teams and strategic post-merger integration. Eileen began a legal career as an In-House Trial Attorney at Allstate and worked as an Associate Attorney in litigation at ALAW. Eileen earned a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida.
