Peggy Anderson

Peggy Anderson is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and diversity and inclusion across several prominent companies. Currently serving as VP of Talent at Shutterfly since June 2019, Peggy Anderson provides innovative leadership in various talent efforts. Previously, Peggy Anderson held key roles at Blackbaud, Under Armour, and Microsoft, where responsibilities ranged from global talent acquisition to onboarding strategies. Peggy Anderson's early career includes a position as HR Manager at Apple Computer, laying the foundation for a successful trajectory in HR leadership. Peggy Anderson is also a member of the Fast Company Executive Board since November 2022.
