Chris Loy

Chris Loy is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as the Director of AI Services at Shutterstock since the acquisition of Datasine in July 2021, Chris leads the AI Services engineering organization, focusing on Generative AI and the AI Delivery Platform. Prior to this role, Chris co-founded Datasine, where innovative solutions for digital advertising were developed until its acquisition. Additional experience includes co-founding Imprint AI, contributing as a Senior Software Engineer at Time Out and the BBC, and working as a Software Developer at Ocado. Chris holds a Master of Science in Machine Learning from UCL and a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Oxford.
