Rick ter Hofstede MSc RA is currently the owner of RTH Finance & Consulting and also serves as the Manager Finance Transformation a.i. at SHV Energy. Prior to this, Rick worked at EY as Manager in the CFO Consulting department. With a background in accounting and control, Rick has extensive experience in the financial services industry and has held positions at KPMG NL, Ahold Nederland, and other reputable organizations. Rick holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Control, is a Register Accountant, and has pursued additional post-graduate studies in accountancy.
