Külli Seppar

Külli Seppar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different industries and roles. Külli currently holds the position of CPO at SHV Holdings N.V. Külli is also a member of Topvrouwen.nl. Previously, they worked at Signify as the Director of Global Strategic Sourcing, leading procurement activities globally. Before that, they held a similar role at Philips Lighting, where they led global negotiations and strategic sourcing programs. Külli also has experience as the founder of Teknovista Ltd, where they managed construction projects and obtained EU grants. Külli worked at Shell in various roles, including Group Procurement Program Manager, PMO Procurement, and Supply Category Manager. Earlier in their career, Külli worked at Road Air as the Managing Director in Estonia and Business Development Manager for North-East Europe, focusing on logistics and customs operations.

Külli Seppar has an MBA in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, obtained from 2002 to 2003. Külli also has a NIMA B - Bachelor in Marketing from the Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing, obtained from 1997 to 1998. Additionally, Külli Seppar has a Doctorandus and Master of Arts degree in Dutch Studies from Leiden University, completed from 1992 to 1995. Külli has additional certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
