Soe Myint Thein has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Web Developer at MES Webteam, where they were involved in full SDLC, provided guidance to junior programmers, and developed in-house web applications and websites. From 2011 to 2015, they served as an Interactive Developer at AvenueOne Integrated Marketing Communications, managing and enhancing websites for clients and creating flash animations for digital advertising. In 2015, they worked as a Web Developer at Nuffield Healthcare Private Limited, where they managed and enhanced the company's websites and played a role in the full SDLC of backend systems. Since 2016, they have been employed as a Team Leader at CDG (Myanmar) Co, Ltd., and in 2017 they took the position of IT Product Manager at ShweProperty.com.
