Michelle Tweedell

Michelle Tweedell has over 24 years of work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Michelle'smost recent position is as an Accounting Manager and ERP Implementation Lead at The Shyft Group. Prior to that, they worked as an Interim Financial Controller at the same company. In 2020, they served as a Controller at Yachting Solutions & Safe Harbor Marinas Rockland, where they modified their accounting system and migrated their payroll. From 2019 to 2020, Michelle was a Finance Manager at CHA Consulting, Inc. Michelle also has experience as a Controller at ProGroup Network Inc. and Brittany Dyeing & Printing Corporation. Earlier in their career, Michelle worked as a General Manager at North Marine, implementing new accounting software for two locations, and as an Accountant at EM Falmouth LLC, where they implemented an automated accounting system. Michelle Tweedell obtained their Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they earned an Associate Degree in Travel Tourism Management from Johnson & Wales University from 1990 to 1992. In 1981 to 1984, they served in the United States Air Force as a Corrosion Control Specialist. Michelle also holds a UST Class A/B Operator Certificate from the MA Department of Environmental Protection, obtained in 2012.
