Mike Filiposki

Mike Filiposki is a certified public accountant with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Mike currently holds the position of Director of Finance at The Shyft Group, a role they have been in since May 2021. Prior to their current position, Mike served as the Business Unit Controller for Finance and Operations in North America Aftermarket at Dayco from March 2018 to May 2021. From June 2016 to March 2018, they worked as the Global FP&A Manager at Aptiv. Before that, Mike held the role of Business Unit Controller at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions from February 2007 to June 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Visteon from August 2004 to February 2007 and at Freudenberg-NOK from April 2002 to August 2004. Mike started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited as a Tax Senior Associate from January 1999 to April 2002.

Mike Filiposki, CPA holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, which they obtained between 1999 and 2001. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting at the same institution from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the state of North Carolina.
