Michał Zastrózny

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, providing training and mentorship to support innovation projects across startups, enterprises, and government. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the dynamics and reliability of software development. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where innovation and decentralized infrastructure were key priorities. Micha has also contributed as a Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, a Blockchain Advisory Board member for the IIB Council, and an advisor at PioneerVentures.io and Sweetbridge, among other positions in the blockchain and fintech sectors. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has furthered education with courses at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and project management certification.
