Bill Marine

Bill Marine has extensive experience in Human Resources, spanning over two decades. Bill currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Human Resources, North America at SI Group since November 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Director, Human Resources, North America at the same company from April 2015 to November 2018. Before joining SI Group, Bill worked at Tetra Tech as the Director of Human Resources from February 2010 to March 2015. Bill also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Ace Hardware from April 2006 to January 2010, and at Boston Scientific from May 1999 to March 2006.

Bill Marine has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, obtained from 1988 to 1992. Bill later pursued a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Hartford, completing it from 1995 to 1997.
