Cliff Hardaway

Cliff Hardaway serves as the Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at SI Group since April 2024. Previously, Hardaway held several leadership positions, including Vice President of North American Manufacturing at Stepan Company and Vice President of Global Chemicals Operations at OMNOVA Solutions, overseeing multiple manufacturing sites and significant annual sales. Hardaway's extensive experience at Hexion Inc. included roles such as Global Manufacturing Director and Regional Manufacturing Director, managing numerous manufacturing sites across various regions. Prior work includes positions at Huntsman Corporation, Unilever, Celanese, and The NutraSweet Company, showcasing a robust background in manufacturing, operations, and reliability engineering. Hardaway earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
