Hiram holds an MBA in Gestão da Manutenção e Produção from UNICEP - Centro Universitário Central Paulista, completed between 2006 and 2007, as well as a degree in Curso Superior de Tecnologia Mecânica em Manutenção de Máquinas e Equipamentos from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba, earned from 1990 to 1993.
