Jeff Arnold serves as the Regional Operational Excellence Leader for the Americas at SI Group since June 2021, focusing on the Management Operating System across regional sites. Previously, in the role of Process Improvement Leader, Jeff spearheaded global process enhancement initiatives spanning various business functions. Prior to SI Group, Jeff worked at Avantor as Director of the Avantor Business System, leading a Lean Transformation within a $3B business unit. Earlier roles include Director of Operational Excellence at ATW, Lean and Industrial Engineering Leader at Motus Integrated Technologies, and Plant Manager at Magna Closures & Magna Mirrors. Additionally, Jeff has a strong background at Vention Medical in both Value Stream Manager and Business Excellence Site Leader positions. Jeff's educational credentials include an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and two degrees from Kettering University: a Master of Science in Lean Manufacturing and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
