Shahene Neshat

Shahene Neshat has a diverse work experience in various industries. Shahene is currently serving as the Senior Director of Southeast Operations at SI Group since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at BASF as a Site Manager from May 2015 to October 2020. Shahene also has experience working at Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Plant Manager, where they provided leadership and managed various operations, including safety, quality, production, maintenance, and engineering. Before that, they held multiple roles at Merfin Systems, LLC, including General Manager, Reliability Technology Group Manager, and Pulp Drying (Paper Machines) Group Manager.

Shahene Neshat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Prior to that, they attended Independence Sr. High School from 1983 to 1985. In addition, Shahene Neshat holds a State Certified General Contractor certification from the State of Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board, obtained in 2003.
