Jack is a Senior Director in SI Partners’ London team and provides strategic advice to investors, entrepreneurs and founders of businesses across the business services, marketing, media and technology sectors.
He has experience advising clients on strategy, growth and performance improvement as well as originating, negotiating and executing transactions across Europe and North America.
Previously, Jack was a Manager in PwC’s Private Equity team, advising dozens of clients on engagements spanning business valuations, transaction services and statutory reporting.
Jack is a chartered accountant with the ICAEW and has completed the CISI’s Capital Markets Programme.
