Al Geddes

Al Geddes has extensive work experience in the consulting and business transformation field. Al is currently working as a Partner Lead - Business Transformation at Sia Partners since July 2020. Prior to this, they held various roles at Pathfinder Specialist Change Consultants, including MD Scotland and Consulting Director, starting from 2017. From 2009 to 2016, they worked as a Director Business Consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before that, they held positions at Hedra plc, Cap Gemini, EY, Pinnacle Project Partners, and VISION Consulting. Al began their career as a System Analyst at British Gas in 1990.

Al Geddes earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Economics from Durham University between 1987 and 1990. Later, in 1996 and 1997, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Edinburgh on a full-time basis, focusing on EUMS.
