Karen Dixon

Karen Dixon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business program and strategy management. Currently serving as Director of Business Program Management at Microsoft, Karen leads the Unified Adoption Program team, achieving significant growth in eligibility for complex customers and public sector penetration. Previously, as Director of Business Strategy at Microsoft, Karen optimized strategic pricing projects that resulted in overachievement of targets. Since 2014, Karen has also been a Manager at Caiman Consulting, driving client business transformation through effective change management. Earlier roles include President of Dixon Tronvig Enterprises, where Karen incubated early-phase companies, and a lengthy tenure at Microsoft where Karen held several key marketing positions, collaboratively driving revenue growth and partner certification. Karen holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Marketing Communications from the University of Washington.
