Laura Broeckx

Laura Broeckx currently serves as a People Solutions Consultant at Nike since April 2025 and has been a Consultant in HR, Transformation & Change at Sia Partners since October 2023. Prior to these roles, Laura worked as a Business Analyst in Organization Transformation at Deloitte Consulting from September 2021 to October 2023. Experience also includes positions in talent management and acquisition at Bayer from September 2020 to June 2021, alongside various student jobs at DE MALLE KOKS and Thor Central from May 2014 to January 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from KU Leuven, earned in 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from KU Leuven, completed in 2020, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Universidad de Sevilla during the 2018-2019 academic year. Initial education was completed at Onze-Lieve-Vrouwlyceum Genk from 2010 to 2016.
