Paolo De Caro has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2023. Paolo is currently serving as the HR & Transformation Managing Director for Italy and the Global HR Practice lead at Sia Partners. Prior to this, they held roles at EY as the Hybrid Work Lead, Brain Director, and Adaptive Org Design Lead. Paolo also worked at Enel as the Head of People Development Global Digital Solutions and played a key role in the company's digital transformation strategy. Before that, they worked at Banca Mediolanum as the Head of Collaborative Improvement in the HR Learning & Development department, and at OpenKnowledge srl as an Innovation & Digital Transformation Consultant. Their early career includes counseling and organizational development work at ARIELE Associazione Italiana di Psicosocioanalisi.
Paolo De Caro holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Work Psychology, Social Media Psychology, and Social Enterprise from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, which they completed from 2006 to 2009. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication from the same university between 2002 and 2006. Prior to their university studies, Paolo completed a diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication from Itis A. Righi from 1997 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Paolo also holds certifications in Agile Talent from ICAgile and Innovation Program Certification (Level One) from Mindjet University.
