Shari Sparling

Shari Sparling has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shari started their career at McKinstry Co., where they served as a Special Projects Manager for nearly nine years. In this role, they provided strategic planning support, conducted research, and managed projects for different departments within the company. Shari then joined Lydig as a Project Manager, where they oversaw a website redevelopment project and led the vendor selection process. Shari then moved on to Caiman Consulting, where they held multiple positions, including Recruiting Consultant, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Shari led various talent acquisition projects, developed sourcing strategies, and built candidate pipelines. Following Caiman Consulting's acquisition by Sia Partners, they became the US Head of Talent Acquisition before eventually assuming the role of Chief People Officer. In their current position, they manage the overall people strategy and processes at Sia Partners. Additionally, Shari is currently a Member of the OnCon Senior Council at OnConferences, an exclusive group of top executives across different categories who meet monthly to discuss challenges and trends in their respective fields.

Shari Sparling has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington. Shari also obtained a SHRM-CP certification from Seattle Pacific University.
