Adrien Barre

Adrien Barre serves as Directeur du développement de la transition emploi-retraite at SIACI SAINT HONORE since September 2016, overseeing activities related to end-of-career arrangements such as early retirement and unemployment measures while managing a team of 25. Prior to this role, Adrien Barre worked at Mercer from July 2008 to September 2016 in various positions, culminating as Leader of the commercial unit for retirement savings, where responsibilities included prospecting, negotiation, and senior management activities. Earlier experience includes a role as a specialized instructor at Ifpass, teaching students about retirement, health, and banking products. Adrien Barre holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC Executive Education (2019-2020) and a Master’s degree in private law from Université Paris Nanterre (2001-2007).
