Currently serving as Group R&D Director at SIAE MICROELETTRONICA since April 2012, Claudio Passera drives product innovation and strategic development across hardware, FPGA, firmware, and software teams. With a strong background in Agile methodologies and team leadership, Claudio previously held roles including Director of Software at SIAE MICROELETTRONICA, Software Competence Center Manager at Alcatel-Lucent, and Software Engineering Manager at Motorola. Claudio Passera's educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and advanced studies in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Applications, complemented by management training at prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management and The George Washington University.
