Pradeepta Mohanty

Pradeepta Mohanty has a diverse work experience in the field of client relations and recruitment. They are currently working as the Director of Client Relations at Siaraa Technologies since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Client Relations at Next Level Business Services, Inc. from October 2019 to March 2021. Pradeepta also worked at Diverse Lynx, where they held the position of Account Manager from February 2018 to September 2019, and previously served as a Team Lead from February 2015 to January 2018. Additionally, they have experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Acro Service Corp from April 2012 to October 2014.

Pradeepta Mohanty has an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka. Pradeepta also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Utkal University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in the Derivative Market Dealers Module and the Capital Market Dealers Module from the National Stock Exchange in the months of November 2011 and August 2011, respectively.
