Rūta Vanagienė

Rūta Vanagienė has extensive experience in the banking and insurance sectors. Rūta started their career as a Trainee at Medicinos bankas in 2012 before moving on to BALTO LINK as an Insurance Broker. In 2013, they returned to Medicinos bankas as a Project Manager, specializing in digital banking projects. During their time there, they successfully completed projects such as Smart-ID. In 2019, Rūta joined Šiaulių Bankas as a Project Manager of the Digital channels group, focusing on initiatives like PSD2 and online banking development. Rūta was promoted to Head of the Digital channels group in July 2021.

Rūta Vanagienė pursued their education by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Vilnius University. This took place between 2008 and 2012. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Mykolas Romeris University, which they completed between 2012 and 2014.
