Valdas Babravicius

Valdas Babravicius has extensive work experience, starting from their most recent position as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Šiaulių Bankas since January 2023. Before that, they served as the Head of Brand & Growth at Ovoko | RRR.LT from May 2022 to December 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Online Sales Lithuania at Telia from April 2020 to April 2022.

Valdas Babravicius also held the position of Head of Digital Marketing Baltic countries at Inter IKEA Group from July 2018 to April 2020. Additionally, they worked as the Head of Online Sales & Marketing at Olympic Casino Group Baltija from December 2015 to July 2018, and as the Head of Customer Loyalty Management Unit at Maxima LT, UAB from March 2013 to December 2015.

Earlier in their career, Valdas Babravicius worked as the CMO at AB "Vilniaus Paukstynas" from May 2011 to March 2012. Valdas also served as the Country Manager Lithuania at T2R from April 2010 to April 2011 and as the Mobile Entertainment Manager (Baltic countries and Finland) at Aspiro from August 2008 to April 2010.

Valdas Babravicius began their career as the CEO/Co-Founder of GO Info from March 2007 to August 2008. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, online sales, brand management, customer loyalty, and business development across various industries.

Valdas Babravicius completed their education with a Master's degree in Executive Management from ISM University of Management and Economics, which they pursued from 2010 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism & Sport Management from Lietuvos Kuno Kulturos Akademija, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Valdas undertook a short-term program in Tourism & Sports Management at Universitat de Barcelona in 2004. In terms of certifications, Valdas has attained various credentials, including "Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)" and "OKRs to Drive Alignment, Autonomy, and Accountability in a Hybrid Workplace" from LinkedIn in August 2023. Valdas also received certifications in "Agile Foundations," "Cert Prep: Scrum Master," "Design Thinking: Implementing the Process," "Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)," "Digital Transformation," and "Foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0)" from LinkedIn in the period between February and March 2023.
