Žilvinas Jocius

Žilvinas Jocius has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Žilvinas is currently working as a Data Governance Officer at Šiaulių Bankas since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Luminor Group from March 2019 to February 2022, holding the role of Process Designer. In this position, they were responsible for designing and maintaining sales and customer service processes, as well as internal processes. Žilvinas also played a key role in cross-functional cooperation, troubleshooting customer and employee problems, and implementing process improvements. Additionally, they led various projects and transformations, with a focus on consumer lending processes, remote customer servicing, and transitioning to cashless services.

Before joining Luminor Group, Žilvinas worked at DNB. Žilvinas served as an Expert in the Remote Lending Unit from March 2017 to October 2017, and prior to that, they were an Expert in the Contact Center from April 2016 to March 2017.

Žilvinas Jocius completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Mykolas Romeris University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as Agile Foundations, CompTIA Data+ (DA0-001) Cert Prep: Domain 5.0 Data Governance, Quality, and Controls, and Learning Data Governance from LinkedIn in April 2022.
