Nash Lutchman

Nash Lutchman was appointed Executive Vice President and Head of Group Protection Services at Sibanye-Stillwater on 1 May 2021.

At the inception of Sibanye-Stillwater Nash held the title of Vice President and Head of Protection Services. He was promoted to Senior Vice President and Head of Protection Services in 2014. Prior to that, Nash headed the security function at Gold Fields Limited, and at the De Beers Group’s SA Operations (DBCM). Prior to joining the mining industry Nash was a career police officer with the South African Police Service, holding senior ranks and key positions within the Inspectorate, Detective Services and Management Services. After an illustrious 16 year stint with the SA Police, Nash retired from active service as a Brigadier in 2004 to pursue new challenges in the Private Security Industry.
