Juan Swanepoel

Juan Swanepoel is an experienced Engineering Manager at Sibanye-Stillwater since May 2016, responsible for overseeing all engineering aspects to ensure compliance with MHSA, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards. Previous experience includes various engineering roles at Lonmin Plc from January 2010 to May 2016, with responsibilities ranging from management of maintenance personnel to implementing risk-based maintenance strategies within the Base Metal Refinery complex. Juan's educational background includes a GCC - Mines and Works degree and a GCC - Factories degree, complemented by a National Double Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology.
