Anjali Velayudhan Menon

Anjali Velayudhan Menon is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Global HRBP and APAC HR Director at Sibelco Group since October 2023, Anjali focuses on people strategy implementation to support business success in sustainability, engineering, geology, and mining. Prior roles include CHRO at Dutch Lady Milk Industries (a FrieslandCampina subsidiary) and Regional Head of Talent at Nestlé. Anjali has a strong track record in change management, organizational design, performance and talent management, and employee communications across diverse regions. Anjali holds an Executive Education degree from London Business School, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Symbiosis Centre, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from North Maharashtra University.
