Hezi Kalo

Hezi Kalo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in advisory roles and leadership positions across various sectors. Currently serving as a member of the Advisory Board at SIBF VC, Eye Minders, and Cybowall, Hezi has previously held significant roles, including Director General at the Bank of Israel, where the National Credit Database was established, and Deputy Director General at Clalit Health Services, where the OFEK system was initiated. A former Head of Department at Shabak for 25 years, Hezi developed key skills in leadership, decision-making, and adaptability in complex environments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Haifa, a Directors Course in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University, and additional studies at Reichman University and Harvard Business School.
