Michael Fundora

Michael Fundora, MD, currently serves as a Cardiac Intensivist at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Cardiology and holds the position of Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine, both since July 2019. In addition, Michael Fundora serves as a Medical Officer at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention since July 2021. Prior experience includes a Clinical Fellowship at Harvard Medical School and a Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital from July 2017 to June 2019. Michael Fundora also worked as a Voluntary Clinical Instructor at Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine and completed a Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship and Residency at Miami Children's Hospital from June 2011 to June 2017. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and a Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University.
