Naa-Anorkor Layton is an experienced compliance and IT professional with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma. Currently serving as a GRC Compliance Analyst at SR ai since August 2022, Naa-Anorkor leads the development and implementation of AI-driven compliance solutions, enhancing adherence to responsible investing regulations. Prior experience includes a role as Compliance Analyst at Jani-King International, where Naa-Anorkor monitored regulatory compliance and conducted audits to ensure governance standards. Earlier career experience includes serving as an IT Support Specialist at International Leadership of Texas, providing technical support and managing IT incidents.
