Wellness Webinar Contractor at Sibly

Rachel Quirbach's work experience begins in 2015 as a Student Academic Mentor at ASU Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, where they organized and implemented group tutoring classes for first-year students. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Community Assistant at Arizona State University, building personal relationships with residents and organizing group activities.

In 2018, Rachel joined Florida State Hospital as a Music Therapy Intern, facilitating group and one-on-one therapy for residents in an adult residential psychiatric facility. Rachel then moved on to Wellpath as an Activity Therapist, creating and leading therapeutic groups for adult male inmates in a supermax prison facility.

Starting in 2018, Rachel began their career at Sibly, first as a Mental Wellness Coach and then as a Mentor Coach. Rachel later became an Associate Manager, Quality Assurance, where they conducted qualitative data analysis and managed a team of Mental Wellness Coaches. Rachel's most recent role at Sibly was as an Account Manager & Wellness Webinar Facilitator, collaborating with client success teams and creating science-based wellness webinars for corporate clients.

Rachel Quirbach's most recent work experience is as a Master Level Clinician at Shoreline Wellness Center, providing individual, couples, and family outpatient counseling. Rachel integrates evidence-based practices and supports clients with various clinical concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, ADHD, adjustment, and self-esteem. Rachel also offers support to LGBTQ+ adolescents and adults.

Rachel Quirbach completed their Bachelor of Music (BMUS) degree in Music Therapy at Arizona State University from 2014 to 2018. Rachel then pursued further education at Lesley University, where they received their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling: Music Therapy from 2019 to 2022.
