Alisha Rodrigues

Alisha Rodrigues has diverse experience in the field of Human Resources, starting as an HR Intern at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd in 2012. Alisha then worked as a Team Lead at Hexagon Executive Search from 2013 to 2014. Subsequently, they served as a Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Druva in 2015. Alisha continued their HR career at GS Lab as an HR Analyst from 2015 to 2020. Most recently, they joined Sibros in 2020, first as a Human Resource Generalist and later transitioning to the role of People Lead.

Alisha Rodrigues obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Xavier's College.
