Ana Rita Ratão has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ana Rita began their career as a Public Relations intern at Pictures In Motion and later worked as a part-time Public Relations representative at Century 21. Ana then interned in the Human Resources department at Jerónimo Martins, where they audited administrative activities using SAP software and Excel.

In 2015, Ana worked as a Summer intern in the Commercial Department at SIBS Forward Payment Solutions, where they developed an internal tool to analyze customer margins using Excel and PowerPoint. Ana Rita then joined Deloitte Portugal as an Audit Analyst, gaining experience in financial audit projects and specializing in the telecommunications industry. During their time at Deloitte, they also worked as an Audit Consultant, focusing on financial audits, IFRS adoption, and internal controls.

In 2019, Ana joined Imperial Brands PLC as a Sales & Marketing Support Business Analyst. In this role, they analyzed business strategies, formulated action plans for sales teams, and developed business cases for new product launches. Ana then transitioned to Microsoft as a Business Analyst, providing business insights and creating dashboards to support strategic decision-making for Microsoft subsidiaries across Western Europe.

Currently, Ana is employed at SIBS as a Key Account Manager, responsible for managing key accounts and maintaining relationships with clients. Ana Rita also previously worked as a Business Analyst, where they systematized information to support business operations and automated the production process for monitoring sales key performance indicators (KPIs).

Throughout their career, Ana has developed a range of skills, including teamwork, communication, data analysis, and proficiency in software such as Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and various audit and accounting tools.

Ana Rita Ratão has a strong educational background in management and economics. Ana Rita obtained a Master's degree in International Management (MIM) from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education in 2016, as well as a Master's degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics in the same year. Ana Rita also had the opportunity to participate in a CEMS MIM Exchange Semester at Aalto University in 2015.

Before pursuing their Master's degrees, Ana Rita completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics from 2011 to 2014. During their undergraduate studies, they had the opportunity to expand their knowledge by spending a semester at HEC Montréal, where they focused on marketing, human resources management, international trade, and organizational behavior.

Ana Rita's educational journey began at Escola Secundária de Bocage, where they completed their secondary education in 2011 with a 12º ano degree in Ciências Sócio-económicas.

In addition to their formal education, Ana Rita Ratão has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Ana Rita holds a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification in Excel 2013 from Microsoft, which they obtained in May 2015. Furthermore, they possess an IELTS certification from the British Council, obtained in April 2014, and an Advanced Certificate in English from Cambridge University Press, earned in May 2013.
