Sandra Cruz has more than 20 years of experience working in the payment and cards processing industry. Sandra has deep knowledge about issuer and acquirer processing rules for various card schemes, including Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, Discover, American Express, MB, and private labels. Sandra's work experience includes roles such as Business Specialist at SIBS, Consultant at Planad, and Internal Auditor at Anodil. Sandra started their career at Anodil in 1997 and has since worked at Planad from 1998 to 1999 and SIBS from 1999 onwards.

Sandra Cruz obtained their Licentiate degree in Economics from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management. Sandra pursued their education at the school from 1993 to 1997.
