Rebecca Hoffman

Rebecca Hoffman is an experienced Intelligence Analyst with a robust background in counterterrorism and security policy. Currently employed at Sibylline Ltd since August 2020, Rebecca previously contributed to the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) as an Intelligence Analyst at CACI International Inc from July 2015 to August 2020. Rebecca's career began at CGI as an INTERPOL Intelligence Analyst, and included an internship at the Defense Intelligence Agency and a research internship at the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START). Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Terrorism and Security Policy from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Washington College.
