Alice Keca

Alice Keca is an experienced HR and HSE professional with a strong background in the cosmetic and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Responsable RH & HSE at SICAF Cosmétiques since October 2021, Alice manages HR and HSE teams, defines strategic axes as a site committee member, and oversees the deployment of HR policies in a multi-site environment with over 200 employees. Previously, Alice worked as an HRBP at Airbus Helicopters, where responsibilities included recruitment, talent management, workforce planning, and maintaining social relations in an international setting of over 400 personnel. Prior roles included Responsable RH at STMicroelectronics, focusing on recruitment, social relations, and training for a manufacturing environment, and Chargée de missions RH at Groupe SAMSE. Alice holds a Master's degree in Management des Ressources Humaines from IAE Grenoble and a Licence in Ergonomie from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
