Aristheo Pratama Sutjiadi

Aristheo Pratama Sutjiadi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and quality management, currently serving as the Senior Quality Assurance Manager at SICEPAT EKSPRES INDONESIA since June 2023. In this role, Aristheo leads over 30 individuals across four departments, directly supporting the Chief Operating Officer in driving continuous improvements and optimizing business processes. Notably, Aristheo implemented the Optimized Manpower Economics via Granular Approach (OMEGA) Project, which has successfully generated significant cost savings. Previous positions include Regional Operations Manager at Gojek, where Aristheo spearheaded the successful RAVEN Project and achieved exceptional performance metrics. Aristheo also held various supply chain and planning roles at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. and Philip Morris International, demonstrating a strong track record in project leadership and operational efficiency. Aristheo holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Cardiff University.
