Sanjay Upadhyaya

Sanjay Upadhyaya has 25 years of experience in various roles related to customer service and service department management. Currently, they are the Vice President of Services at SICK Sensor Intelligence, where they oversee the service departments in Process Automation, logistic automation, and Factory automation. Before joining SICK Sensor Intelligence, they worked as the Vice President of Customer Service at Chemtrols Industries Pvt. Ltd. for 20 years. Prior to that, they served as a Customer Service Specialist at Mechelonic welders Pvt. Ltd. for three years.

Sanjay Upadhyaya completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Amrutvahini College of Engineering - AVCOE from 1988 to 1994. Sanjay then obtained the Chartered Engineer India (Electronics & Communications) degree from the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI), Kolkata. Later, they pursued an MBA in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they received a Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from ICFAI Business School in 2005-2006. Sanjay Upadhyaya has also obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Networking Foundations, Python and Java programming, and leadership and team collaboration skills.
