Stephanie Silva

Stephanie Silva is a seasoned professional in the non-profit sector with extensive experience in leadership and major gift fundraising. Currently serving as the Manager of Leadership & Legacy Giving at SickKids Foundation since March 2025, Stephanie previously held various roles at Pathways to Education Canada, including Senior Development Officer, Individual Philanthropy, Major Gifts, as well as Development Officer for Mid-Level and Major Giving. Additional positions include Advancement Officer at Havergal College and Development Coordinator at CAMH Foundation, where a strong foundation in major gifts was established. Earlier roles involved editorial work in the education sector and planned giving coordination at Southlake Regional Health Centre. Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Arts in History and English Literature from York University, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership for Impact from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
