Christopher Dell

Chris spent 32 years with the U.S Department of State including postings as Ambassador in Kosovo, Angola & Zimbabwe and 2 years (2007-2009) as Deputy Chief of Mission of the U.S Embassy in Afghanistan. Following his long distinguished career with the Department of State, Chris joined Bechtel as Country Manager Mozambique (2014 – 2017). Bechtel is the largest construction company in the United States with 2017 revenue of US$26bn and is a major global EPC company in amongst others infrastructure, mining & metals, nuclear, defence and oil & gas. Chris currently serves as a senior advisor to Fieldstone a leading independent investment bank in energy & infrastructure. In addition to his advisory work with Fieldstone he also continues to serve in an advisory capacity with AFRICOM (United States Africa Command). Chris is based in Washington D.C.
