Marta Oliveira

Marta Oliveira has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Marta is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Sicoob since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Qintess from December 2020 to July 2022 and as the Head of People at Mirante Tecnologia from September 2018 to December 2020. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner at SONDA Brasil from November 2016 to September 2018, and as an HR Manager - Business Partner at Indra from October 2014 to May 2015. Marta also held leadership positions as the Head of Human Resources at BR House Inteligência Imobiliária from January 2013 to June 2014, and at Poliedro from June 2011 to January 2013. In addition, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at CAENGE s.a from March 2009 to June 2011, and at BSI do Brasil from October 2005 to February 2009.

Marta Oliveira has a degree in Psychology from UniCEUB - Centro Universitário de Brasília. Marta also holds additional certifications in Leader Coach and Personal & Professional Coaching from Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching.
