Kevin Otieno has extensive experience in technical support and service management, currently serving as the Team Lead for the Service Centre at SICPA since December 2015. Responsibilities include overseeing operations and managing customer inquiries, with a focus on collaboration for timely service solutions. Prior to this position, Kevin held roles as a Service Centre Technician, responsible for release management according to Standard Operating Procedures and ITIL best practices, and as a Field Service Technician, providing on-site installations and technical support. Kevin's career began at Barclays Bank of Kenya as a Lead Generator, achieving sales targets in retail banking. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering from Moi University and completed secondary education at Mother of Apostles Seminary.
