Tara Charf

Tara Charf has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Tara has recently worked at SID LEE as the Vice President of Finance. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Hornall Anderson. In the years 2015 to 2018, Tara took a career sabbatical to focus on raising their children and engage in volunteer work. Before their sabbatical, they had an extensive tenure at FCB Global, where they fulfilled various roles including CFO and VP/Partner. Tara also worked as a Controller and Manager of Reporting & Analysis within FCB Health's corporate operation. Throughout their career, Tara has demonstrated strong financial management skills, successfully implementing cost controls, improving profit margins, and leading teams through complex transitions and projects.

Tara Charf holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance, from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Prior to that, they attended Holy Names Academy for their 11th and 12th-grade education and Garfield High School for their 9th and 10th-grade education.
