Eric Manenkoff

Eric joins Siddhi with a combined 10 years of operations experience, most recently as the Director of Operations at Peanut Butter & Co., where he served as a member of the company’s leadership team. During his tenure, he managed the company’s inventory, production planning, and supply chain, as well as developed and executed company-wide strategies. Eric lead the implementation team as the company upgraded their ERP and EDI systems. He is also experienced in the execution of various process improvements, cost savings initiatives, 3PL and co-manufacturing management, new product development, EDI process flow, and data analytics.
