Jessica Stearns, PMP, is an accomplished project and portfolio management professional with extensive experience in commercialization and innovation across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Commercialization at Simple Mills since September 2021, Jessica previously held key roles at Icelandic Provisions and ASR Group, where significant responsibilities included leading large-scale initiatives and managing global project management teams. Notable achievements at ASR Group encompass the governance of over 200 initiatives and the development of a new Stage Gate process. Earlier in Jessica's career at Kraft Heinz, leadership spanned major breakthrough innovation projects and the commercialization of iconic beverage brands. With an MBA in Marketing from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Lynn University, Jessica combines strategic insight with a strong background in team development and cross-functional collaboration.
