Adrienne Rampaul

Adrienne Rampaul has held various roles in the field of HR and executive leadership. Adrienne is currently the Head of People at Side, a real estate brokerage platform that supports agents and brokers. Adrienne is also a Founding Member and Contributor at Safe Space, an organization focused on empowering women executives. Previously, they were a Member at Chief, a private network for women in positions of power. Adrienne also served as an HR Leader at StartupExperts, a community for HR, Finance, and Ops leaders. Adrienne has been involved in several other organizations, including CPOHQ, Amplify, Mathison, Roam Adventure Co., Favor Delivery, and The Zebra. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in people strategy, organizational design, change management, and employee engagement.

Adrienne Rampaul holds a Human Resource Management Certificate in SHRM-SCP from The University of Texas at Austin. Adrienne also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from California State University San Marcos. In addition, they have a certification as a ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2015.
