Adam's career at UPS spanned over 14 years, progressing through various managerial roles including Hub Manager, where oversight of sorting and loading operations occurred, and multiple supervisory positions in training, human resources, and technical support. Additionally, Adam served as Administration Chief in the United States Marine Forces Reserve from 2009 to 2018. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Business Analytics from Grand Canyon University, attained between 2017 and 2019.
